Its a seriously no strings attached thing that people do use. Google it and see for yourself!
Basically register an account here, complete your profile, Put in what languages you know and how good you are at them. Make sure to include English as "mothertongue" that way you will unlock English assessments. These will allow you to get "qualifications" in UHRS.
UHRS is a Microsoft partner website which pays you to "judge" search results. You get $0.04 on average for a "judgement" but the thing is they can complete very very quickly.
